Rooms were good. Stebin Raj needs special mention. His house keeping and services were good. Breakfast was just about okay. It could improve by a few more items.

Limited spread breakfast and it was okay. The location is excellent. Just within a walking distance from Egmore Railway Station. Very convenient if you travel by train. The check-in is 2.00 pm. But, they do give rooms for early check-in for an additionl cost. Our train arrived at 5.15 am and we got rooms.

Arriving in Chennai, tired after an overnight flight, we were originally booked into a different hotel from this one. Being unhappy with the previous accommodation, we left and booked into Fortel and were relieved to experience comfort and excellent service from the Fortel staff.
